The Cincinnati Bengals consecutive playoff appearances started when A.J. Green and Andy Dalton tandem came to lead their offense left by Carson Palmer, who retired himself just to not play a single snap again for the Bengals in order to let him go and have a fresh start on another team. Now, Andy Dalton faces a similar situation where the Bengals Front Office does not fully trust him to run their franchise until they could finally let him go for free agency.

In free agency, they could grab Josh Freeman as Marvin Lewis was known for mentoring and coaching troubled players and turn them to be reliable players for Cincinnati Bengals, one of which is Vontaze Burfict. They should have sign also their own free agents like Michael Johnson who is currently in the peak of his career and be a centerpiece of their next journey for their Super Bowl run.

In the draft, they could pick Cyrus Kouandjio out of Alabama and could have the same impact like his former teammate did in San Diego Offense, D.J. Fluker. Their offense is on the rise as they boast the most talented receiving corps and that includes tight ends and running backs who can catch in the open field. All they have to do is solidify the offensive line and a capable quarterback to turn this franchise around. Jordan Lynch, if he's still there for their Day 2 picks of the draft, they should pick him for his talented arm and develop him until he's ready to convince the coaches and the front office that he can be the quarterback of the future for the Bengals. In the third day of the draft, they could fill their defensive personnel holes and add some Special Team depth to make them look a threat in all three phases of the game.

The Cincinnati Bengals have talented players to compete and a little tweak on their weaknesses will make them a perennial contender for the years to come. What are your suggestions for Cincinnati Bengals? Write down your thoughts on the section below.
