Mike Tomlin and his Steelers' aging defense raised some concerns for the media and their fans alike. Pittsburgh Steelers are a team built for its defense and also known for drafting good players for the past several years. A great example of that is their wide receiver core, before Antonio Brown rose to stardom Mike Wallace was the main man for the Steelers and before Mike Wallace of course there is Santonio Holmes and so on and so forth, those two previous players were excellent players for Coach Mike Tomlin before he let them walk to the free agency. And now Emmanuel Sanders, partner of Antonio Brown in Steelers' base offense, could be a free agent this off-season if Steelers wouldn't sign him. Steelers scouts are so good to find a replacement for Sanders and for other free agents this coming off-season so that would not do any problem.
In the free agency, they could bring some guys for their offensive line so that they would have depth and premiere offensive lineman for smash-mouth Steelers Football. They could add also a proven running back to lessen the pressure over Ben Roethlisberger passing game.
In the draft, for their first round pick, they could pick Taylor Lewan to solidify their Left Tackle spot and draft Tajh Boyd as a backup for Ben Roethlisberger and to groom him as the next quarterback of the future for the Pittsburgh Steelers. In the third day of the draft, Steelers moxie of finding gems late in the draft will take place in Wide Receiver and Defensive Backs as they present the most in-depth positions for this year's draft.
