New England Patriots 2014 NFL Draft and Free Agency Wish List

Bill Belichick's moxie of preparing his team even a star-deprived Patriots roster throughout the season, the Patriots team were still in the playoffs and could have been in the Super Bowl if all of his stars were able to play.

Tom Brady's age is much of a factor to find another quarterback even if Ryan Mallett was there to backup Tom Brady. Ryan Mallett has always been rumored as a trade bait and maybe the reason why the Patriot's front office always advertise him for trade because the management wasn't fully sold to what he offers on the Patriots' table.

In this year's free agency, they could pick up the troubled Josh Freeman in a cheap and long term contract in order to groom him as Tom Brady's backup this season. Bringing Freeman in could be a factor to bring back Aqib Talib as he was signed only for one-year contract last season. Talib being franchise tag by the Patriots won't hurt as Talib could be at the top 5 in cornerback position. Bringing depth at Tight End, Linebackers, and Defensive Line could make a difference for Bill Belichick's game plan throughout next season.

In the draft, they could grab Allen Robinson out of Penn State to solidify their passing game and could grab another Tight End for the second day of the draft. Missing Aaron Hernandez did hurt their passing game and an oft-injured Rob Gronkowski can make the Patriots be predictable if Gronk wasn't playing. Bringing depth at their secondary in the third day of the draft can give this Patriots team a shot in Super Bowl even on paper.

This Patriots team has always been the team to beat in AFC East Division and to the whole American Football Conference. What are your thoughts for this Patriots aging dynasty? Write your comments below.
