The Miami Dolphins last season's distraction within their locker room features Jonathan Martin walking out to Dolphin's facility and Richie Incognito alleged bullying of his teammate Martin. The NFL took place of the issue which resulted to Incognito's suspension and struggling Dolphin's offensive line.
Looking for 2014 NFL Draft and Free Agency, the Miami Dolphins are looking to rebound upon their distracted chemistry not only on their locker rooms but as organization as a whole. Jeff Ireland's boom-and-bust moves from his regime could be on the way out with new front office taking over the franchise.
The Miami Dolphins are definitely not on a rebuilding mode as the team's only needs can be filled with this year's free agency and draft to compete over the AFC powerhouse teams.
On free agency, they can fill the gap at offensive and defensive line where they could bring in young guys to replace their old free-agent-to-be players and build a new atmosphere to their locker room. On the draft, they could pick a side kick for Mike Wallace to lessen the pressure over their star receiver. They could bring Mike Evans as their first round pick and be a possession receiver to Joe Philbin's offense. Putting depth at tight end, offensive line, and running back through draft would also help their sub-par passing game and could bring back the moxie out of Ryan Tannehill.
Brent Grimes and the rest of its defense should stay intact to compete over Tom Brady's offense in the AFC East. Brent Grimes performance last season will force the Dolphins to offer him a multi-year deal even in his 30's.
